A new matrix structure will see their regional businesses retain autonomy to activate local marketing strategies, supported by a central marketing team from which thought leadership and deep specialist expertise can be drawn upon. It is this team we are building, who will report to the Group Commercial Director.
You will be a crucial part of this senior team as Head of Marketing, leading through matrix the regional marketing teams to deliver a step change in marketing strategy and propositions, digital marketing, CRM and marketing impact to enable multi-million profitable revenue growth.
