A new matrix structure will see their regional businesses retain autonomy to activate local commercial marketing strategies, supported by a central marketing team from which thought leadership and deep specialist expertise can be drawn upon. It is this team we are building, who will report to the Group Commercial Director.
You will be a crucial part of this senior team as Head of Pricing, facilitating growth of the regional businesses capability to deliver multi-million pound revenue growth aspirations by using pricing as a key tool for driving revenue growth, and changing customer perceptions.
