The scope of this brief means commercial sales & marketing leadership expertise in food or drink is prerequisite, as is multichannel experience; much of their business is wholesale and the appetite now exists to grow their brand portfolio with grocery multiples. But most important will be your track record of delivery by engaging people with your vision, built on clear insights that deliver traction with customers and the business alike.
